Bass Coast Shire Council, Projects signage design

Revitalisation Projects in Cowes, Phillip Island included: the Jetty Triangle and Piazza, Transit Centre and All Day Carpark and Cowes Cultural and Community Centre. The Cowes Activity Centre Plan pinpoints these three projects to help improve transport, infrastructure, facilities and tourist appeal. Projects signage design had a consistent look and were in place prior to and throughout the projects.

Each project has a suite of communication pieces including site boards, signage and print outs encompassing: project information, architects plans/3D visualisations and a location map. Aimed at the community and visitors, design of these pieces paid special attention to legibility of text on the plans, to be suitable for use on this signage. Additional signage was also designed to meet Capital works signage guidelines, Victorian Government.
