The design of this 50 page Plan brochure is part of the strategic documents’ suite design concept. This on brand suite, includes Council’s Key Strategic Documents, the Council Asset Plan and Long-Term Financial Plan. Designed to be viewed and available online to the general public and community.
Featuring the Asset Plan on a Page, a comprehensive summary using typography, design of bespoke infrastructure assets and Asset Management Plans icons, infographics. Chart design illustrates process. Financials layout is designed for ease of readability.
Design focus - hero photography, layout maximising white space with clear legible modern typography, design styled financial statements and performance indicators.
The Asset Plan communicates Council's management of infrastructure assets that deliver essential services to the community. The Asset Plan also assists the implementation of the Community Vision and Council Plan.

The design of the Long-Term Financial Plan 72 page brochure is part of the strategic documents’ suite design concept. This on brand suite, includes Council’s Key Strategic Documents, Council Asset Plan and Long-Term Financial Plan. Designed to be viewed and available online to the general public and community.
Each brochure is interconnected - through graphic devices, typography, layout, colour palette. Hierarchy of typography results in effective design structure. Content links across the suite are user friendly, accessible and clear.
